LabInTrace is an AI validation framework for clinical laboratory automation. It addresses a single gap: when an AI agent makes an autonomous decision about a patient specimen, there is no standard way to prove it followed the right rules. The framework covers three clinical patterns -- contamination detection, identity swap, and delta check validation. It accepts HL7 v2 and Allotrope ASM as source formats, and produces a FHIR R4 record that is fully auditable against CLSI and CAP standards. What you are about to see is that audit trail in action.
